Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for the Health Insurance Masterclass hosted by Future Financial Services (operating as "Financemantiri"). We want to make sure our digital event distribution operations remain completely transparent to our users.

Please review our policy details below regarding cancellations, transaction adjustments, and digital refunds before completing your seat registration.

1. Digital Event Registration Policy

Because the Health Insurance Masterclass is a live, real-time educational digital session—and because registration instantly triggers digital delivery of structural bonuses, checklists, and translation cheat sheets to your email—all seat registration ticket purchases (₹73) are considered final and are strictly non-refundable.

2. Batch Rescheduling & Emergency Support

We understand that unexpected schedule conflicts or personal emergencies can occur. If you discover that you cannot attend the live masterclass session at the scheduled Saturday time slot, we offer the following support alternatives:

• Advance Rescheduling Request: You must send an explicit request to our support email help desk at least 2 hours prior to the live session broadcast start time.
• Ticket Rollover: Upon verifying your booking transaction, our operations team will manually migrate your registration access credentials to our next scheduled live masterclass batch completely free of cost.
• No-Show Clause: Failure to attend the live session without giving advance email notice prevents us from processing a batch rollover, and your registration credit for that specific event window will expire.

3. Duplicate Transactions

In rare instances where payment gateway latency causes a duplicate charge for a single registration profile:

• Please contact our support email with the reference transaction IDs provided by the checkout network (Cashfree).
• Once validated by our backend accounting infrastructure, the extra transactional charge will be immediately processed for reversal back to your original payment route (UPI/Bank/Card) within 5–7 operational business days.
